Three suspects wanted after shots fired at University of Memphis police officer

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Three suspects are wanted Monday morning after police say they fired shots at a University of Memphis police officer.

According to authorities, the suspects were occupying a silver sedan when they fired upon the officer in the area of Spottswood and Patterson. The officer was not injured, but his car did sustain damage.
