(Memphis) One person who knows the importance of giving is Memphis Grizzlies’ guard Tony Allen.

He’s giving a local organization a leg up on buying gifts for the children it serves.

Last month, Allen accidentally kicked Chris Paul in the face during a game.

He’s now autographed and donated the infamous shoe to Youth Villages.

The non-profit is auctioning the shoe to buy gifts for children who won’t make it home for Christmas.

The auction runs from now until December 22nd.
