MEMPHIS, Tenn. — MLGW says one of its workers, Jason Webb, died after last month’s explosion at a house in Hickory Hill.

A crew was trying to repair a gas line on the 4600 block of Winter Park Drive when there was a spark and an explosion.

Webb, who had been with MLGW since 2001, died at the hospital Sunday.

Two other employees were critically injured. Two more were released from the hospital the same day.
