MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A shooting suspect is behind bars and charged with aggravated assault.
The victim of the shooting, Seymour Boothe, identified Marino Taylor, 28, as the man who shot him.
The shooting happened May 7 in the 400 block of Braycliff Avenue.
Boothe and another man were sitting on a front porch when a car pulled up and four men jumped out.
He told police they were arguing about a dice game when Taylor and another suspect, Donyale “Yo-Yo” Lee, armed themselves.
Boothe was shot as he was running into the house, police said. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
Police detained Taylor Saturday. The other suspects are still at large.
