Fire forces LBOE to temporarily close

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A popular burger joint in Midtown said it plans to reopen after catching fire this weekend.

According to the Last Burger on Earth’s Facebook page, a fire started at the restaurant on Madison Avenue Saturday morning.

The owners thanked the fire department and said LBOE will be closed for now but plans to start rebuilding soon.

Thankfully no one was hurt.

It’s unclear what sparked the fire or when the burger bar will be back open for business.
