(Memphis 11/4/2009) A vigil will be held Thursday night in-front of the Memphis Animal Shelter.
The shelter is located at 3456 Tchulahoma Rd in Memphis. Click HERE for a map.
The vigil is planned to honor the animals who have died there and also to raise awareness of the conditions in the facilities.
The shelter was raided last week.
A warrant obtained by wreg.com stated three dogs were starved to death at the shelter and conditions were often inhumane.
