(Memphis 7/20/09) Two Olive Branch, Mississippi men face charges of sexual trafficking teenage girls from Memphis.

Police say three girls, ages 16, 16 and 17 were "recruited" by Joey Haring and Bradley Neil Pryor to have sex for compensation. The girls were picked up in the neighborhood near Raleigh-Lagrange and Goldbrier in east Memphis. The men took the girls to a hotel off I-240 and Poplar and posted an ad on the internet for the services. Police arrested the men at the hotel.

Mothers who live in the area where the girls were picked up say they were shocked and plan to keep a watchful eye on their teens.

"It was shocking," says local mom Robin Dockery. "You've got to keep talking to them, you've got to because you can tell them and they still will go out and do what they want to do."

Meantime, it remains unclear why the girls went along with the men.

"It's hard to know what the girls were told, what the circumstances were, but the bottom line is they are children," says Kelly Grissom of the Memphis Child Advocacy Center. "They are under the age of 18 and it's against the law."
