UPDATE: There have been numerous reports of the same incorrect charge around the country. After looking into the issue, a Bank of America spokeswoman tells us "...this was a result of an error on Visa's DPS platform that affected some Bank of America Cash Pay Pre Paid cards; those accounts have been corrected."
