FAST FACTS:
(Germantown, TN 07/23/2009) Court records discovered by the WREG News Channel 3 Investigators show State Senator Paul Stanley wasn't the only one having an extramarital affair at the time of his alleged relationship with an intern.
According to court records from Volusia County Florida, where McKensie Morrison went to high school, Stanley's intern-turned-reported-mistress was married July 19, 2005 in Daytona Beach.
Morrison was 18 at the time.
Family court records indicate the now 22-year-old Morrison is still legally married.
Court papers show her husband, Randy Mueller, filed for dissolution of marriage on June 1, 2009, and the case status is listed as "open."
Mueller is currently serving a 7-year sentence after being convicted of aggravated battery involving a deadly weapon.
