(St. Francis County, AR 10/30/2009) Our crews are reporting severe flooding in Arkansas. St. Francis County is reporting flood waters of 4-5 feet over some roads.
Flooding is reported in city limits of Forrest City.
Several people have been rescued from flooded homes.
Some parts of Arkansas are reporing 5- inches of rain fall.

Entergy Arkansas reported on its Web site thousands of power outages statewide Friday morning with more than 2,200 in the Pine Bluff area, about 1,300 in the Magnolia area and about 1,100 in the El Dorado area.
