(MEMPHIS November 11, 2009 8:39 PM) -- Two Wynne, Arkansas convenience store clerks got the scare of a lifetime Tuesday when two armed men simultaneously robbed them at separate cash registers.
The robbery appeared to have been planned ahead of time. The two men walked up separate isles, then demanded money from the clerks at the same time inside Jordan's One Stop in the center of Wynne, right across from the city's police department.
One of the robbers pounded his gun against the register in frustration as he held the clerk at gunpoint on the ground. He eventually ripped out the entire register.
The other robber yelled and cursed at a 65-year-old clerk before becoming agitated. He threw a bottle of soda at the woman, striking her in the arm.
The surveillance cameras caught very clear pictures of the robbers.
