In order to do some maintenance, we will be doing some work early Thursday morning. If you use a converter box to receive our digital signal, you may need to rescan your box Thursday.
(Below are only generic instructions and are only to be used to help you identify the correct method of scanning digital channels. They may or may not work for you digital TV device.)
To scan your converter box or digital tuner:
1) Select the 'MENU' or 'SETUP' button on your remote.
2) Select the option that allows you to scan for digital channels. (This could say 'Channel Search," 'Auto Program,' or 'Setup.' 'Channel listing' or 'Channel Guide' only shows programming information.
3) Select option that will start scanning. It may be called 'Autoscan,' 'Channel Scan,' or 'Begin.'
4) Once you begin scanning you may see a bar graph showing the progress of your scanning.
5) Once it's finished scanning, exit or cancel out of the menu and check to see if the channels appeared.
