(Memphis 1/6/2010) A Memphis Police recruit has been fired after allegations he had sex with an underage girl.
Police say recruit Gregory Marshall was involved in a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old girl.
Marshall is also suspected in video taping the encounters without consent.
According to police, "Members of the Sex Crimes Bureau did obtain a search warrant of Marshall's residence. While executing the search warrant, investigators did locate several home made sexual video tapes which were recovered. Marshall was arrested and charged with Statutory Rape, Exploitation of a Minor by Electronic Means, and Photograph Individual without consent."
