When the woman had no money to give Stokes, Stokes followed her into the bedroom of another woman in the house. She gave him $300 dollars.

Stokes is accused of forcing the first woman to the ground, while he raped the other. According to the affidavit, during the rape Stokes placed the gun by the bed where the first woman was able to grab it. She ran out the room, went to a neighbors house where she was able to call police while the man inside the house fought Stokes.

Stokes was able to escape the scene, leaving his clothes and two cell phones behind. Now he's behind bars, charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated rape.

The affidavit says Stokes waived his rights and signed a statement admitting to the rape and robbery. He has a court date set for September 14th.
