( Memphis 1/11/2010) Shelby County Commissioners took several rounds to do it, but got through the last two appointments left from the busy 2009 political year.
shelby county has 330.000 households.
If every household could pay a one time $5.00 contribution via the light bill or so, we could collect 16.5 million dollars to help the MED in Memphis.....
But this is how it could work.
