Applications will be accepted for seasonal WG-5, Instrument Mechanic Helpers (Technicians) August 8 – 9, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to11:00 a.m. and12:00 p.m. to 3:30pm at the Memphis Classing Office, Room 6, 3275 Appling Rd., Memphis, TN 38133. Telephone (901) 384-3025. Must have electronic, electro-mechanical and computer experience or training. Proof of education and training required. Must be able to work in a fast paced, physically demanding, 24/7 environment. Training will consist of intense hands on, written and practical examinations on the High Volume Instrument. This position requires you to work from various heights and also to repeatedly go from a laying or kneeling position to a standing position. Salary $15.56 per hour. Those selected will be placed on either of the three shifts. Training will begin on August 15, 2011.
